Varsovia 55

Varsovia 55 is a new development located in the Guinardó neighbourhood of Barcelona, in a well-established urban setting at Plaça del Guinardó. The building, developed between party walls, integrates into the existing residential fabric, following the street alignment and adapting to the topography and morphology of the surrounding buildings.

The project is organised over a basement level, a ground floor with a mezzanine, four upper floors and a rooftop level, with a total of five homes. The ground-floor residence is designed as a duplex with a mezzanine, while the upper floors feature one home per floor, with living areas facing outward and balconies that enhance natural light and create a connection with the street. The design prioritises space optimisation, functionality and natural light, resulting in contemporary homes adapted to urban living and fully integrated into the character of the neighbourhood.
